Classic Warzone Rifle Surpasses Meta Weapons with Impressive Long-Range TTK

Season 5 of Warzone has seen a resurgence of one of its most renowned Assault Rifles, which has regained its place at the forefront of the game’s meta following a significant buff. This update has allowed it to outperform competitors with impressive long-range kill times.

The recent Season 5 patch not only unveiled new weaponry such as the ABR A1 but also implemented crucial buffs and nerfs to the existing arsenal. At approximately 50 meters, the CR-56 AMAX achieves a kill in just 668 milliseconds, significantly outpacing its nearest competitor, the AS VAL, which requires 740 milliseconds to secure a kill. Even the Cypher 091, touted as the best Assault Rifle for Season 5, trailed behind with a TTK of 754 milliseconds. This trend continued at greater distances, where the AMAX consistently demonstrated a quicker TTK, maintaining around a 100-millisecond advantage over rivals until dropping off around the 70-meter threshold.

However, it is worth noting that the AMAX presents a slightly steeper learning curve than weapons like the Cypher 091 due to its less predictable recoil pattern. Nevertheless, employing the right attachments can significantly mitigate this challenge, allowing players to maximize their accuracy and achieve exceptional TTK consistently.
