Concert Incident: Bebe Rexha ejects fan for throwing object

Bebe Rexha removed a concertgoer from the event after they threw an object at her, one year after she was hit in the eye with a phone during a similar incident.

During her performance of ‘I’m Good (Blue)’ at a concert in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Bebe Rexha abruptly stopped when an object was thrown at her by someone in the audience.

The singer halted the performance and instructed security to remove a male fan from the venue. She spoke into the microphone, “Please pause the music and have this individual removed. He is disrupting the show for everyone and we cannot allow this to happen again.”

“While jokingly addressing a disrupter, the pop star stated that she had pressed charges on the other person if they wanted to hit her in the face. She also added that she would love to become richer, but clarified that she was not condoning such behavior.”

She proceeded to inform the crowd that the authorities were summoned to escort him out. “It didn’t have to escalate to that point, you understand?”the 34-year-old expressed, before addressing the rest of the fans: “I truly care for you all. Please forgive me, I apologize.”

According to donavanrose, a TikToker who recorded the situation, multiple individuals were removed from the venue after throwing objects onto the stage. One fan commented, “There were three water bottles/items that Bebe didn’t even notice flying by her, which could have potentially harmed her, her team, or the audience.”

Following the disruption, Rexha made a promise to the audience that she would once again perform ‘I’m Good (Blue)’. “I did not travel all the way here to not give that song the proper performance it deserves,”she declared. “We will be starting from the beginning.”

In June of 2023, a phone struck the pop star’s forehead during a concert in New York, resulting in a black eye.

Nicholas Malvagna, identified as the perpetrator, was subsequently apprehended and faced charges for assault. He confessed to throwing the phone and attributed his behavior to a popular TikTok trend.
