Microsoft Copilot for Windows 11 Expands Integration with New “Connectors”
Microsoft has announced an exciting update for the Copilot app on Windows 11, introducing a feature called “Connectors.”This enhancement allows the Copilot chatbot to seamlessly connect with various personal services including OneDrive, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts. Users can now initiate a single search for files, emails, and contacts across multiple platforms, streamlining their experience.
The rollout of this feature is gradual, with users enrolled in the Release Preview, Beta, Dev, and Canary Channels of the Windows Insider Program being the first to access it. This upgraded functionality will enable users to utilize natural language queries to find and manage their content effectively.
In this guide, we will provide detailed steps on how to integrate third-party services with Copilot on Windows 11.
How to Enable Connectors in Copilot on Windows 11
Follow these simple steps to connect the Copilot app with your preferred third-party services:

It’s worth mentioning that the Connectors feature is also accessible through Copilot’s web version, although the available services may differ.
In this latest release (version 1.25095.161.0 or higher), Microsoft has also enabled content export capabilities in a variety of formats including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and PowerPoint presentations. You can easily instruct Copilot with commands like Export this text to a Word document or Create an Excel file from this table., and the app will generate the files accordingly.
This new functionality is being rolled out progressively to Insiders, meaning that it may take some time for all users to gain access. If you are not seeing these features right away, consider checking for updates via the Microsoft Store app under the “Downloads” section to ensure you have the most recent version.
