Controversy Surrounding 90 Day Fiancé’s Participation in Viral Money TikTok Trend

The TikTok trend used by 90 Day Fiancé couple Brandan and Mary DeNuccio to ask fans for money once again received backlash.

Since their appearance on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 5, Brandan and Mary DeNuccio have garnered attention for their controversial social media posts.

In February, the public’s perception of the couple soured as it was revealed that Mary had fabricated a cancer diagnosis and used a GoFundMe page to solicit donations for her supposed medical expenses, but instead kept the funds for herself.

Despite having been called out multiple times for using their followers’ money without reason, Brandan and Mary persist in their scamming behavior.

On June 10, they participated in a viral TikTok trend by posting a video that said, “Share your PayPal and see what strangers send.”

The 90 Day Fiancé stars shared a photo of themselves with their daughter, Midnight, and expressed their desire to create a comfortable living space for their family. They mentioned that if each of their viewers were to donate $1, they would have enough funds to build a ceiling and protect their baby and family from bugs and lizard droppings.

A fan reposted the video on Reddit and commented, “Looks like they’re at it again. I don’t understand, they’re young and healthy, yet they still refuse to work.”

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé were quick to criticize Brandan and Mary in the replies, as they were once again asking for money from their followers.

“One user commented, stating that nobody should give them a single cent. They were deemed disgraceful for begging for money and faking cancer, and the user believes they should be cancelled.”

Despite their numerous internet scams, another viewer agreed and revealed that they still have a loyal fan base. In an update, they mentioned that Mary had received 25 dollars just two hours ago.

Another individual made a joke, sarcastically questioning if the individuals in question plan on never working and instead relying on others for money for the next five decades.

Despite Brandan and Mary being the main contributors in sharing posts encouraging fans to donate money, they are not the sole members of the franchise who have taken part in these efforts.

Jasmine Pineda requested that fans purchase gifts for her son’s birthday, while Rebecca Parrott appealed to viewers to assist with her grandson’s legal expenses.

As this appears to be a frequent occurrence among 90 Day Fiancé cast members, it is important for fans to exercise caution and avoid falling prey to their schemes in order to protect themselves from being scammed.
