CoryxKenshin spotted in public during year-long hiatus

After a TikToker unexpectedly spotted popular YouTuber CoryxKenshin out in public, he announced that new videos will be coming following his extended break.

Famous for his captivating gameplay videos of the most recent horror games, CoryxKenshin has gained a following of almost 19 million subscribers during his time on YouTube.

He is most renowned for creating Five Nights at Freddy’s, and he was also prominently featured in the 2023 film based on the franchise.

Despite his last video upload being on June 27, 2023, many were left wondering if Cory had completely left the YouTube scene.

On August 12, 2024, a video was uploaded by TikToker 15kindebt featuring Kenshin, seemingly after randomly spotting him while out and about. This video brought some exciting news for fans.

“The TikToker exclaimed, “Inform them that we will no longer be receiving any more videos, it’s all finished.”

Cory responded by saying, “You all [are] receiving some videos.”

Despite receiving confirmation from the YouTuber that more videos were on the way, the TikTok was still short and there was no indication of when the additional videos would be shared.

Despite this, viewers remain eager to see Cory thriving and eagerly anticipate new content in the future.

One user responded, “The video genuinely made me so happy.” Another eagerly asked, “OMG, when will we get more videos?”

A third commented, “I miss him so much, oh my God.”

CoryxKenshin has taken multiple extended breaks from YouTube in the past. In 2020, he went without uploading new content for nine months. During this time, he took the opportunity to travel and visit various Make-A-Wish patients, sharing that he wanted to focus on enjoying life.

Adin Ross isn’t the only influencer who has recently taken a significant break from social media. Another example is Kenshin, who recently returned to the platform after an 81-day absence. Upon his return, Kenshin focused on regaining his Twitch account and broke his personal record for viewership by streaming with former president Donald Trump.
