Following notable sibling duos like IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and Jang Da-ah, as well as SNSD’s Taeyeon and Hayeon, fans are eager to see if Danielle and Olivia Marsh will emerge as the next prominent sibling pair in the entertainment industry.
On September 13th, Amplify announced the signing of Olivia Marsh (Mo Gyun-ah), a talented singer-songwriter from Korea and Australia, marking her as their first artist. It was previously revealed that Olivia Marsh is the older sister of NewJeans’ Danielle (Danielle Marsh, Mo Ji-hye).
Alongside the announcement of her upcoming debut in October, the agency showcased Olivia Marsh’s stunning visuals, drawing attention for her striking resemblance to Danielle.
Prior to her singing career, Olivia Marsh gained experience as a child model and showcased her vocal talents by releasing the OST “Lava” for the K-drama “Hide” earlier this year in April.
IVE’s Jang Wonyoung also shares a similar path with her talented older sister, Jang Da-ah, who initially garnered attention for her resemblance to Wonyoung. Da-ah gained fame last year with an Acuvue commercial.
This February, Jang Da-ah made her acting debut in the TVING original drama “Pyramid Game” , where she impressed netizens with her exceptional acting skills despite being new to the industry.
SNSD’s Taeyeon also has a younger sister who bears a striking similarity to her. In 2020, Taeyeon’s sister, Hayeon, debuted with her single “Eyes on You.”
Hayeon, known for her youthful looks, is said to be 10 years younger than Taeyeon. Upon Hayeon’s debut, Taeyeon expressed her support by sharing a clip of “Eyes on You” to celebrate her sister’s achievement.
