One player of Baldur’s Gate 3 surprisingly found themselves with two Shadowhearts in their party, much to the amusement of the community.
Despite numerous awards and a large player base a year after its release, Baldur’s Gate 3 has set a high standard. However, the game is not without its challenges, largely due to its massive size.
Some players have uncovered multiple bugs in the game, ranging from minor glitches to major issues that can significantly disrupt gameplay. In addition to these quirks, one user has recently encountered a situation where they had two Shadowhearts simultaneously in their game. This may be seen as a positive aspect by certain players.
During a discussion on a Reddit forum, a player posted a screenshot from their game in Grymforge. However, the cutscene displayed two Shadowhearts instead of their entire party, despite featuring Gale and Lae’zel as intended.
Despite not providing any details about their actions or potential use of mods, the user’s admission quickly gained the attention of the community and sparked playful reactions from fellow players.
Some of the players in the comments expressed their admiration for the user’s gameplay, stating that they were living the “dream.”One individual even remarked, “OP is having the dream playthrough.”
One user was not surprised, as Shadowheart is known for being a trickery cleric. They pointed out, “That is definitely her invoke duplicity channel divinity!”
“One user exclaimed, “Let’s use the Shadowheart clone no jutsu!”Another user added, “With one as a tempest cleric and the other as a War cleric, our Shadowhearts will dominate in battle.”
Upon witnessing this occurrence, certain players were immediately reminded of Orin and remarked that it was simply another one of her typical “antics.”
Other commenters have reported experiencing this bug in Grymforge and the Duergar camp with different companions, in addition to Shadowheart. Fortunately, Patch 7 is on the horizon and players can anticipate further bug fixes and quality-of-life enhancements coming to the game.
