When questioned about an unforgettable moment with Oda, Hirata recalled the confusion among the cast members during the earthquake in eastern Japan. They turned to Oda for guidance on what message they should deliver.
“In response, he said, ‘Do as you please. As we all know, Hirata’s words are essentially Sanji’s words.’ This moment instilled a sense of trust in the author, which I will never forget. It was a moment that inspired everyone to craft sincere messages from the heart.”
