However, this was not the situation for Nanami Kento, who had passed away a long time ago. His death stood out in the series as no other major character had died before then. As a result, fans were not anticipating such a turn of events.

Despite the shock of Gojo’s death, it was not entirely unexpected given the number of characters who had previously died. While many fans had hoped for Gojo’s victory against Sukuna, there were also speculations that he may end up losing the battle.

His dream of escaping the field and finding peace in Malaysia, where he longed to visit the beaches and live a serene life, was cut short. This untimely end has left fans with a wound that may never fully heal.

Despite Gojo’s shocking death, the manga never disclosed any of his aspirations. While he had important duties in the Jujutsu world, his passing released him from them. Furthermore, there is still the chance that he could be brought back to life.

As a result, Nanami’s passing was deeply devastating for his fans. Sadly, he met his demise during the Shibuya Incident Arc at the hands of Mahito, rendering any chance of his return impossible. Had he been killed by Jogo instead, there was a possibility of being saved by Shoko Ieiri. However, Mahito’s Idle Transfiguration made this option impossible.
