In Genshin Impact, there are 13 Fontaine characters who adhere to the Arkhe System. Among them, Lyney, Charlotte, Traveler (Hydro), Freminet, Neuvillette, and Emilie possess Pneuma abilities, while Lynette, Navia, Wriothesley, Sigewinne, Clorinde, and Chevreuse possess Ousia abilities. The only character who can wield both powers at the same time is Furina, the Hydro Archon.
In Fontaine, Pneuma and Ousia are two opposing forms of energy that exist independently from the seven elements found in Teyvat. Characters from Fontaine who are able to be played can utilize the Arkhe System to tap into Pneuma and Ousia.
The combination of Pneuma and Ousia can be utilized to solve puzzles and defeat unique enemies in both Fontaine and combat scenarios.
