In episode 7 of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, Natsu and Happy are seen keeping a watchful eye over Ermina while the townspeople work on rebuilding after their victory against the Water Dragon God. Natsu, still trying to remember the events that followed his consumption of Ignia’s fire, receives a stern talking to from Lucy, who cautions him about losing control.

Meanwhile, Gray and the rest of the group reveal to the townspeople that Mercphobia’s power was responsible for their transformation into Fish. Despite feeling upset about his weakened magic, the townspeople still accept Gray as a human. Over at Magia Dragon, Elefseria is taken aback by the news of one of the Five Dragon Gods being defeated, while Georg Raizen from Diabolos Guild commands his team to seek out and capture a Dragon God for food.

Despite being cautioned about the incredible strength of the Five Dragon Gods, Team Natsu informs Mercphobia about Ignia and discovers that he is actually Igneel’s son. Nevertheless, they are resolute in their decision to carry on with their mission.

On their way to confront the Wood Dragon God Aldoron, the team sets up camp for the night. Lucy expresses concern over Natsu’s behavior while they rest. The following day, they reach Tekka and Natsu complains about having to take the train. During their time in Tekka, Erza is mistaken for Elkis by a group of people, but the real Elkis comes to their aid and leads them to Fairy Nail.
