FaZe Banks stands up for Alissa Violet following her confession of being a mean girl towards Tana Mongeau.

FaZe Banks is standing up for Alissa Violet after she confessed to being unkind to Tana Mongeau in the past.

In the month of July 2024, Tana Mongeau, a well-known YouTuber, criticized Alissa Violet, a model and fellow influencer, on her ‘Canceled’ podcast, labeling her as the “cruellest girl in Los Angeles”in a heated exchange.

Tana alleged that Violet had requested her assistance in creating “spicy”content because the model was facing financial struggles, and Tana believed that Violet would not be successful at it due to her previous failures.

Violet has since released a video in response to Tana’s outburst, where she openly acknowledged her past behavior of being a “mean girl”towards fellow content creators in Los Angeles. She even wore a t-shirt with the phrase “Meanest girl in LA”written on it.

In her video, Violet asserted that during the 2016-2018 era of YouTube, she was often taken advantage of by those around her who were seeking to advance their own careers by using her.

“During this period of my life, I found that many people were trying to take advantage of me,”she shared. “Men were attempting to engage in casual relationships with me, while older professionals were trying to manipulate and swindle from me.”

Many girls pretended to be nice and interested in being my friend, but in reality, they were only after a career opportunity from me. I soon discovered that half of them were actively involved with my boyfriend, and yet they would still approach me the next day, or even the same night, and try to befriend me.

“In the past, I made a conscious effort to behave like a b*tch. My intention was to appear unapproachable and intimidating so that no one would ever take advantage of me again.”

Alissa’s former partner, FaZe Banks, has recently shared his perspective on the matter, expressing his pride in her “justified reaction”to the “bullying narrative”and commending his former girlfriend.

“He stated, ‘She brings up valid arguments.’ He continued, ‘In all honesty, there are girls from LA that I have had intimate relations with creating Tik Toks about how Alissa treated them poorly. Is that really surprising? I am not proud of my actions, but Alissa and I have been in a positive state for quite some time. She is not without flaws, none of us are, but she acknowledges them in this situation.’”

Despite Tana’s claims, she is telling a different story. According to the YouTuber, she had already hooked up with Banks before he even knew Alissa’s name. In a tweet, Tana stated that this was only one of the many lies Alissa has told and that she is done laughing at her.

Despite the passage of time, it seems that the ongoing feud between these two original internet celebrities shows no signs of diminishing, and it remains uncertain whether Alissa will be offered the opportunity to appear on the Canceled podcast and address their issues publicly.
