FaZe members Ronaldo, Max, and Lacy recently invited a fake Kanye West onto their IRL stream, cleverly using the impersonator to score free McFlurrys from McDonald’s.
The organization kicked off a month-long Twitch subathon at the beginning of September, with many members streaming for over a week.
On September 10, 2024, FaZe Max, Ronaldo, and Lacy collaborated their streams after welcoming a fake Kanye West. They took the opportunity to hit the streets with the impersonator.
The group did not disclose that it wasn’t the real Kanye West, and acted as if they were part of the iconic rapper’s entourage.
As they entered a nearby McDonald’s, the fake Kanye’s ‘bodyguard’ approached the counter, boldly demanding complimentary food. “Excuse me, excuse me. Mr. Kanye West would like a cheeseburger on the house please,”he insisted. “On the house.”

As the demand unfolded, FaZe Max and Ronaldo chuckled in the background and attempted to get McFlurrys as well. “Tell them two McFlurrys,” Ronaldo quipped before receiving his ice cream. “…on the house is crazy.”
While FaZe utilized a Kanye West impersonator during their subathon, the actual Kanye West has engaged with streamers several times in the past. In April, he confronted Kai Cenat over products he had sent that did not fit the Twitch star. “Like, the sh*t that Kai Cenat said, that’s some industry plant sh*t,”the rapper remarked.
Kick star Adin Ross was also in discussions to feature the artist on his stream back in 2022, but the plans fell apart due to “hate speech” from West. They attempted to reschedule the stream in 2024; however, it was canceled when Adin declined to donate $1M to charity.
