As reported earlier by the media, on April 26th, a group of five artists and the crew of KBS Joy’s TV show “My Own Package Season 2: Pick Me Trip in Bali”were held in custody in Bali (Indonesia) for filming without permission.
Due to this incident, the entire crew had their passports taken away and were forced to stay at a hotel until the authorities completed their investigation.
The day after, the crew released 5 artists, namely Hyoyeon (Girls’ Generation), Bomi (Apink), Dita (Secret Number), Nayoung (former member of I.O.I), and radio DJ Choi Hee. These artists have mostly returned to South Korea, but fans remain concerned about their current status as they await the crew’s next move.
Despite the recent incident, Hyoyeon’s spirits remain high as she posted a video clip of herself dancing in her hotel room instead of making a formal announcement about her well-being. It is evident that she is still in good spirits and full of energy despite the awkward situation.

In the comments section, numerous fans excitedly inquired about the female idol and also greeted her return with cheers.
“Recently, a crew member spoke to SPOTV News and confirmed that the detention incident had indeed occurred. They shared that the cast and crew are currently in Bali and are unaware of the exact reason for their detainment. It is unsettling for the production team to withhold information about the circumstances surrounding this situation. However, it is believed that once the investigation is completed, they will have a better understanding of the situation. The team is working diligently to return to South Korea as soon as possible.”
