The Watcher is hidden away in the northern region of Dawnshore. Reaching his residence involves navigating a somewhat convoluted path—there’s a need to either discover a hidden route or create your own.

Steps to Reach The Watcher

Your adventure begins at The Rise party camp, located in the northeastern part of Paradis. This location serves as the most convenient fast travel point close to Dawnshore.

From the camp, cross the bridge to the north.

Continue heading east until you spot a damaged bridge.

To navigate over the water, you must freeze the bridge. This can be achieved by casting a frost spell or using an Eye of Rymrgand grenade if you possess one.

Frost spells can be acquired through the Chill Blades ability found in the wizard skill tree. Additionally, a grimoire of elements may be purchased from various merchants within Paradis or discovered in treasure chests throughout the game.

Utilize the frozen surface to jump across to the bridge. Keep following the path; you will eventually encounter a fork. Choose the right path and proceed straight to reach The Watcher’s abode.

Upon arrival, you will find The Perturbed Patron outside the house. Engage with him before entering to meet The Watcher.
