The highly anticipated Blitz mode is back, introducing all-new weapons from Chapter 7 Season 1. Players can look forward to the Iron Pump Shotgun, Grenade, Arc Lightning Gun, and Twin Hammer Shotguns, among others, which have completely replaced the previous loot pool. Additionally, the Self Revive and Wingsuit mechanisms have been integrated to enhance the rapid gameplay experience.

The newly unveiled Starfall island includes three new POIs: Holloway House, Ritzy Redux, and Boutique Bay. Players can engage in Kickstart Quests to unlock a special style for Cat Holloway in the latest Battle Pass.

Reload Mode Features New Map and Mastery Rewards

The Reload mode has also seen significant enhancements, including a reworked loot pool and gameplay experience. Players can explore the revamped Reload map, which boasts three new POIs: Sus Studios, Sweaty Shores, and Divey Dam. The introduction of the Wingsuit feature allows for dynamic movement across the map.

Quality of life improvements include updated hit markers, an overhaul of the gold bar system, new ammo status indicators, and the addition of a Simple Build feature. With the rank reset now in effect, players have the opportunity to complete Mastery Quests and unlock exclusive rewards such as a free wrap, an emote, and a unique style for Carter Wu that’s only available through the Battle Pass.

Looking ahead, the next Reload update promises the ability to Storm Surf onto the island along with the introduction of new Morphite Weapons. These mechanics will function similarly to the Chrome weapons from Chapter 2 Season 8, evolving as players gain XP throughout the match.

The Battle Bus is officially back in action in Battle Royale, allowing players to choose their landing spots freely. Additionally, the hotfix introduces adjustments to the abilities of AI bosses following their defeat, especially regarding medallion acquisition. Key adjustments include:

  • AI Boss Skill Level increased by 50%:
    • From 1200 to 1800
  • AI Henchmen Fans’ Skill Level increased by 50%:
    • From 800 to 1200
  • Outgoing damage reduction (nerf multiplier for damage taken from AI bosses) increased by 20%:
    • From 0.25x to 0.30x
  • Boss Skydive Speed Multiplier increased by 50%:
    • From 1x to 1.5x
