The Delulu mode has taken the Fortnite community by storm, largely due to its innovative Proximity Chat feature that introduces an exhilarating level of unpredictability to Zero Build lobbies. In this thrilling 80-player gameplay mode, players forge and betray alliances in a bid to secure a solo Victory Royale.

During this weekend-only event, both streamers and avid gamers are diving into Delulu with the hopes of claiming the elusive Victory Royale and, consequently, the coveted Victory Umbrella. However, many participants are finding it challenging to emerge victorious. If you’ve been struggling as well, you’re in luck! A group of Fortnite players has discovered a clever trick that allows you to unlock the Glider without needing to achieve a win. Read on for the step-by-step guide.

Unlock the Delulu Victory Umbrella with These Smart Strategies

According to Llamalaxy on X, there are two effective methods to grab the Crashbrella Glider in Delulu mode without requiring a Victory Royale. Below are detailed explanations of both strategies:

Method 1: Team Collaboration Trick

For this method, you’ll want to team up with another player in the game. Approach a player and invite them to join your team. After they accept, promptly leave their team, then have them invite you back. Once you’re part of their team again, purposefully fall from a high location to sustain enough fall damage to down yourself. As soon as you are downed (DBNO), hit the Give Up button. You should then spectate the entirety of the match. If you find yourself spectating, congratulations, the method worked! If you end up on the placement screen, give it another try.

Method 2: In-Lobby Strategy

This approach is similar to Method 1, but this time, you’ll be teaming with a friend from your party while remaining in the same lobby. Leave their party temporarily and ask them to invite you back while ensuring the Delulu playlist remains active. Once you’re reunited in the match, execute the same strategy: fall from a height, down yourself, then hit Give Up and spectate. If you successfully enter spectator mode, you’ve done it! If not, repeat the method as necessary.

The essence of these strategies lies in successfully eliminating yourself and giving up in a manner that places you into spectator mode instead of the placement screen. With a bit of persistence, you’ll be watching the match until its conclusion, ultimately allowing you to unlock the Crashbrella Glider with ease. It may take a few attempts, but staying determined will get you that umbrella.

At this time, it remains uncertain whether these methods will be patched in the near future, but they are currently effective. So, seize the opportunity while it lasts and venture into Delulu to claim your free glider!
