BIGBANG member GD (G-Dragon, Quan Zhilong) issued a statement through his lawyer today, denying the suspicion of drug abuse and stating that he will cooperate honestly with the police investigation.

GD stated in a statement: “First of all, I have not used drugs, and it has nothing to do with the news content related to ‘violation of drug control laws’ recently reported by the media. However, I know that many people are worried, so I will actively and honestly cooperate with the investigation of the search agency.”

Previously, the Drug Crime Investigation Team of the Incheon Police Department in South Korea launched an investigation into GD on the 25th of this month on suspicion of violating drug management laws.
