G-Dragon Remarks on GD Merchandise Affordability: “Even I Can’t Afford It, But Jo Se-ho Can”

On the October 30th episode of tvN’s variety program “You Quiz on the Block,”G-Dragon graced the show as a guest and shared insights about his reputation as a fashion icon.

During the conversation, host Yoo Jae-suk remarked, “I hear there are some GD items that even you can’t get your hands on.” To this, G-Dragon replied, “Jo Se-ho snatches them all up.” He elaborated, explaining, “In Korea, the selection of men’s clothing sizes is quite limited, which forces guys like me to opt for large sizes from women’s collections. I did indeed place an order and had it reserved. However, the very next day, I spotted Jo Se-ho wearing it. The prices for these items are crazy, even I have second thoughts about purchasing them, yet somehow Jo Se-ho manages to snag them,” showcasing his disbelief at the situation.

In response, Jo Se-ho commented, “It took a lot of courage for me to make that purchase. I also felt a lot of regret afterward.”

G-Dragon further shared his passion for vintage clothes, stating, “I often revisit items I’ve worn in the past, but they usually see a price increase when I do. My friends even advise me, ‘Don’t wear that,’” indicating how the pieces he wears tend to gain popularity.
