Similar to earlier items, this one is linked to a mini-quest located within the mansion’s elevator section. Below is a straightforward and detailed guide to assist you in acquiring the Spectral Spectacles within the game.

To start, make your way to the Elevator section of the mansion. The quickest route is through the portals enabled by the Golden Key Necklace. Alternatively, if you prefer walking, take the first left after entering the mansion and navigate down the corridor until you spot a room on the left featuring several elevators, as depicted in the image above. Once you find an elevator, step inside by yourself to kick off the quest.
So, what exactly must you do to obtain the Spectral Spectacles? Once you’re inside the lift, you’ll see the option to select a floor on the right side. Simply click each floor one at a time to check whether the Spectral Spectacles are present there. It’s as straightforward as it sounds!
During my attempt, I systematically explored one floor at a time, starting from the 1st and proceeding to the 4th floor, where I discovered the Spectral Spectacles hidden behind the lift’s grille. Be mindful that the elevator has a limited time before it starts moving again. So, make sure to collect the item before it leaves, using the interaction button.
Keep in mind that the quest is randomized and relies on RNG mechanics, meaning the item could spawn on any floor, varying from player to player. I found mine on the fourth floor, but it might appear for you on the 1st, 10th, or any floor in between. So, patiently press the button and await the elevator’s movements floor by floor.
What Do the Spectral Spectacles Do in Roblox Haunt?
Once you have obtained the Spectacles, you can equip them using the taskbar on your screen. When activated, your view will shift to a gloomy yellow hue, allowing you to see and read hidden messages throughout the game. Indeed, there’s a secret message that you’ll need to decipher, located near the Headless Hunter statue fountain at the rear of the mansion. Head over there, activate your spectacles, and you’ll read the secret message: “The Skull Fragments will free him.”Your next objective is to gather various Skull Fragments scattered across the map to set him free!
