If you thought obtaining the standard Token in Pressure was a challenge, brace yourself for the Hunt Mega Token. This guide will walk you through every step to acquire this elusive token with the least amount of deaths possible.

Starting the Hunt Mega Token Quest in Pressure

Initiating the Mega Token quest in Pressure involves more than simply hopping into a submarine. You must first collect both Mega Tokens from SpongeBob TB and the Unlimited Tag Game. After that, keep an eye out for clues scattered throughout the Lobby and secure yourself a Decoder. Here’s how to accomplish that:

Acquiring the Decoder in Pressure

Inside the Lobby, your primary objective is to locate four distinct pieces of paper. These will form a passcode required to access a locked door later on. While the locations of the papers remain constant, the numbers on them vary with each attempt if you have not yet procured the Decoder.

To gather the necessary pieces for the passcode, follow these steps:

  • 1. From the spawn point, head left, climb the light pole, and jump onto the railing above the submarines to find the first two digits of the passcode on a balcony with a door.
  • 2. Return to spawn, but this time, proceed to the Endless mode by taking the left door. Navigate left past the first vehicle, where you’ll spot the second paper on the ground beside it.
  • 3. Go back to spawn and follow the purple path until reaching a fenced area with pallets on the right. Jump over them to discover the third part of the passcode.
  • 4. Descend the stairs at the red path to find the Lower Level Funnel door. Once inside, turn right to access a catwalk leading to a tower where the final code segment lies on the ground to your left.

After collecting all eight digits of the code, you’re ready to enter the Hunted event. In this venture, start from the same area, but this time ascend the stairs on the left and proceed through the door until you reach a keypad. Input your code and retrieve the Decoder. It’s important to note that you need to secure this item only once; for all future runs, you’ll automatically spawn with it.

Finding and Decoding Radios in Pressure

Return to the original starting area and descend the stairs to officially begin your run. The Decoder is crucial for decrypting five Radios, each located in predefined rooms. However, be cautious, as the Tall Guy will start his pursuit from room 38. Thankfully, he will wait patiently while you decode a Radio or unlock a door.

To tune into a Radio, adjust the dial until all lights turn green. Listen for a male voice and then carefully move the line until the lights shift to magenta. Stay in this position for a few seconds, and once the lights turn green again, you can utilize the Decoder. Each successful decode reveals another decrypted symbol on your device. Remember, the Radios have designated locations:

  • Radio 1: Found in Room 33. Evade the fence and look behind the back shelves to find a vent. Quickly enter to decode.
  • Radio 2: Located in Room 28. Navigate left or right (depending on your approach) and crawl beneath some boxes.
  • Radio 3: In Room 19, go down the right hallway to uncover a hole in the wall where the radio rests in the corner.
  • Radio 4: Found in Room 10. Ascend the platform and crawl under the pallet to access the vent.
  • Radio 5: Located in Room 6. Look for a door with a sparking security keypad; the radio lies to the left on the ground.

As you access the lower levels, be prepared to activate the bridge for crossing. Be quick to return it, or face the Tall Guy’s pursuit. You may find it humorously solemn as he salutes while being sent back across.

When you approach the next green door (the one for obtaining the regular token), instead divert your attention to the red door, leading to the Mega Token quest area. Descend the stairs and use the Decrypted code to unlock the door at the bottom. Afterward, activate the Tram, which will transport you to The Vault. But your journey isn’t quite over yet.

Completing The Vault in Pressure

To emerge victorious, you need to sprint around the Vault area to collect thirty Intensity Increases. Be aware that the Tall Guy will begin chasing you immediately. Though you have a Flashlight and a Flash Beacon at your disposal, the vault isn’t too dim, so utilizing the Flashlight may not be necessary. I recommend keeping the Flash Beacon handy to fend off the Stone Gollum when he appears.

Glimpse at the top of your screen to observe the four flaming skulls; these represent your danger level, which escalates as you accumulate Intensity Increases. The first stage begins when you collect seven Intensity Increases, prompting appearances from both the Stone Gollum and the Monster. Equip your Flash Beacon and remain alert around lockers and when Tall Guy goes into hiding.

The subsequent stage kicks in at 14 Intensity Increases, requiring you to monitor your oxygen levels closely. An icon appearing in the left corner indicates your remaining oxygen. Replenish it using oxygen bottles that emit sounds when you enter a room. Following the blinking blue lights should lead you directly to them.

At 21 Intensity Increases, the third stage commences, increasing difficulty by spawning lava puddles on the floor, which you must avoid as they inflict gradual damage.

Upon collecting a total of 30 Intensity Increases, you’ve completed the Vault section and the quest. Follow the smiley doors and jump down the pit to claim your Mega Token.
