Although Remnant 2 has launched its final DLC pack, the developers have introduced a revamped system where Fragments are now part of a new endgame feature known as Prisms. This guide will explain how to enhance Prisms in Remnant 2.
How to Level Up Prisms in Remnant 2
In Remnant 2, you can upgrade Prisms by defeating enemies and completing quests, similar to leveling up an Archetype.
Players will receive a notification to enhance their Prism once it levels up and can select one of three enhancements, or upgrade an existing enhancement if all five slots are filled. Prior to this update, Fragments were linked to your Relic, but now they have their own menu, separate from the Relic.
Fragments can also be fed to the Prism to accelerate experience gain, but be aware that this will result in the loss of the Fragment. However, feeding Fragments to the Prism will add that stat to the potential roll list.
Each level up will yield three random stats, but feeding a specific Fragment improves the likelihood of obtaining that stat in the next level. It’s advised not to only feed Fragments for leveling purposes, as this could dilute the pool of desirable enhancements with unwanted stats. It’s best to wait until all five slots are filled before using Fragments for experience.
The maximum level achievable for the Prism is 51. After reaching this level, players can reset their Prism to start fresh, allowing for experimentation with different playstyles. Each Prism can accommodate three Fragments and up to five enhancements.
Certain enhancements have the potential to be combined into Fusions, creating additional slots for enhancements. Achieving maximum level will reward players with a Legendary Bonus enhancement, which can provide benefits such as increasing overall damage or ensuring that grey health remains intact.
