You can find the binoculars right near your spawn point on the island. Look for them by a decorative gold fence surrounded by green bushes and vibrant purple flowers, all while facing the grand statue located in the plaza’s center. Remember, there is only one set of binoculars in the lobby, so it’s advisable to complete this task promptly after entering the game.

Upon spawning, you can choose from several paths, but for a guaranteed binocular sighting, turn around and locate the iconic Disneyland 70th-anniversary spinning statue in the central area. Once you have it in view, follow the path leading towards it, stopping just before reaching a fence. The black binoculars are positioned directly ahead, facing the statue.
