On the August 20 episode of MBC’s variety show Radio Star, Heechul graced the stage alongside notable guests such as Lee Sedol, Calm Down Man, and Napoli Mafia, the winner of “Culinary Class Wars, ” for a special segment titled “Stay Calm Man.”

Reflecting on the monumental milestone of Super Junior’s two decades in the music industry, Heechul conveyed his profound appreciation for the fans who have supported the group throughout the years. He humorously acknowledged remarks regarding his apparent change in demeanor since their comeback, and shared that he recently shed 5 kilograms, humorously dubbing it his entry into a “visual peak.”
In a segment rich with personal anecdotes, Heechul highlighted some behind-the-scenes moments from his expansive career in broadcasting. He recounted his relationship with Lee Soo-man, who he regards as a significant figure in Super Junior’s success, even presenting him with a bottle of wine as a gesture of gratitude. Additionally, he shared a light-hearted encounter with younger idols, expressing amusement upon realizing that the mother of Music Core MC A-na (Hearts2Hearts) is of the same age as him.
Embodying his “idol legend” status, Heechul shared captivating stories from his past.
