A Helldivers 2 player was left shocked after a cheater quickly took out enemy Automata using unscrupulous tactics to bring justice and freedom to the galaxy.
Helldivers 2 is the latest game that has taken the gaming world by storm. This game proved to be so popular that even the CEO advised fans not to purchase it due to server issues.
However, server issues aside, that hasn’t stopped brave recruits and battle-hardened veterans from uniting to defend Super Earth.
With its mix of adrenaline-pumping PvE combat, an addictive progression tree, and a strong emphasis on team play, it’s not hard to see why so many players have been drawn to this third-person shooter. Unfortunately, like all popular video games, Helldivers has also attracted its fair share of cheaters.
Helldivers 2 cheaters are already ruining the game
On the official Helldivers Reddit page, a player shared a clip of two soldiers appearing to be using an unlimited ammo hack with a missile launcher.
Despite its great power, this weapon is both bulky and slow to use, requiring a support backpack for reloading. This makes it quite situational and you often need to use it sparingly to maximize its effectiveness.

However, that was definitely not the case in this clip as both players can be seen constantly bombarding enemies with incessant waves of explosives. Both cheaters also do not appear to be carrying the support backpack, necessary for reloading.
As you can imagine, this makes the game’s intense combat completely unfair and thus removes the risk of failing an extraction. Although cheating in Helldivers seems to be rather rare, if you come across any cheaters, be sure to report them in-game.
