How to get Guardian Gear in The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild

Breath of the Wild is a game that continues to amaze even after seven years. With a Metacritic score of 97%, there is little to improve on the game. Fans are revisiting the game that brought the franchise to life as they await a release date for the sequel.

One of the most noticeable design improvements in Breath Of The Wild are the enemies. Along with improved enemies, armor, weapons and shields are improved. There are so many equipment options for your character that it can be difficult to choose which equipment to choose. One of the rarest gear sets is the Guardian Gear, a set of shields and weapons that can only be obtained under certain circumstances.

How to get guardian gear in Breath Of The Wild

Guardian Gear in Breath of the Wilderness can be obtained from Guardian Scouts that spawn at Test of Strength Shrines. Corrupted Form also appears in Divine Beasts. These shrines differ from the regular shrines in that they don’t have a puzzle element, just pure combat. The difficulty of the test depends on whether it is large or small.

Guardian Scouts are scaled-down versions of Guardian Stalkers specifically built for these challenges. After defeating them, spirit orbs drop out. In the early game, these challenges can be very difficult, but in the late game, they are a great way to get Spirit Orbs that are needed to increase stamina or heart containers.

Tips for testing shrines for strength

• Later in the game, you will gain access to the Ancient Armor, which increases the resistance of the Guardians. In addition, the Hoop of Resistance to the Guardians can be purchased at the stall in the Gerudo Market.
• When you cook food, use standard cooking buffs. For example, eat food with attack or defense buffs depending on which strategy you prefer.
• Interrupt a sentinel scout’s laser attack with an elemental arrow: ice, electric, fire, or bomb.
• Find Cover Behind Pillars: Many Combat Challenges feature pillars that can be used as cover to avoid more powerful attacks.
• Perfect Parry: When properly parried, the laser reflects back at the Guardian Scout, dealing heavy damage.
• Even the most powerful Guardians, those with lasers, do not exceed Link’s base running speed. If you move, you can dodge their attacks.

Scout Guardian Variants

Guardian scouts are different from regular Guardians. They have different attack patterns, but these patterns depend on the Scout Guardian’s level:

• Guardian Scout I: These scouts are the weakest and do not drop ancient weapons. Their lasers are similar to those of stalker scouts, but much less powerful.
• Guard Scouts II have the same lasers as regular Guard Scouts and use the same guard weapons. They don’t have a chance to drop their shields.

• Sentinel Scout III: These enemies have two pieces of Sentinel gear, one of which can potentially be a shield.
• Scout Guardians IV are the strongest Scout Guardians. They have 3000 health and carry three pieces of Guardian equipment.

	Ancient battle ax	thirty	15	A weapon used by scout guards. Its unique blade was forged with ancient technology and is powerful, but due to its unusual shape, it is easy to break.
	Ancient Battle Ax+	45	20	This ancient battle ax has been sharpened to the max. It can cut through almost anything, so it may have been used to cut new trails.
	Ancient Battle Ax++	60	25	This ancient battleaxe deals more damage than metal weapons. Ancient technology allows its cutting power to exceed normal levels.
	Guardian Spear	10	20	The spear, which the scouts are armed with, has a high penetrating power and testifies to the sheikh’s high level of technology. The tip only appears when swung, making it a deadly weapon.
	Guardian Spear+	15	25	This Guardian spear has been modified to make the tip more effective. It is slightly shorter than a regular spear, perhaps to make it easier to use in tight spaces.
	Spear of the Guardian++	20	35	The GuardianSpear has been redesigned for maximum efficiency. Its tip is designed for optimal thrusting and can easily pierce most armor.
	Guardian’s Shield	18	10	A shield created according to the ancient technology of the sheikhs. It can reflect the Guardian Scout’s beam, making it less of a threat to you.
	Guardian Shield+	thirty	13	The oversized Guardian shield has an increased output level and is comparable to a metal shield in terms of protection.
	Guardian Shield++	42	20	This shield has been upgraded to its maximum power level. Its combat capabilities exceed those of metal shields, and it can reflect the Scout Guardian’s beams.
