Oscar Mayer has officially launched its search for a new team of Hotdoggers to operate the famous Wienermobile for 2026. Recent college graduates are invited to submit their applications until January 31, 2026.

Since its inception in 1988, the Hotdogger Program aims to mentor emerging talent while commemorating the iconic 27-foot-long Wienermobile’s 90th anniversary. This initiative not only prepares young professionals for leadership roles but also fuels their passion for fun and creativity.

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive year-long journey, serving as the brand’s representatives throughout the country. As official spokespeople, Hotdoggers will engage in Oscar Mayer’s mission to bring joy and smiles to people nationwide.

The selected 12 individuals will be part of the 39th Hotdogger class, touring over 30 states in the Wienermobile. Their responsibilities will include attending numerous events, creating unique content, and engaging with fans, making for a dynamic and interactive experience.

According to the job listing from Kraft Heinz, Hotdoggers will receive a competitive base salary of $35, 600, alongside a weekly allowance of $150 for meals and travel. The position also offers comprehensive health benefits, 18 days of paid time off, and covered lodging expenses throughout the year.

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, or marketing

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Willingness to work during major holidays

  • Ability to travel daily in the Wienermobile
  • Successful completion of DOT physical, drug and alcohol testing, and background checks
