Palworld has made a splash on the video game scene in 2024. This open-world survival game features a vast map to explore, resources to collect, and cute and cuddly creatures to enslave for your capitalist needs.
The last thing you want for your Pals is for them to get sick. Indeed, they will not work as well in this state. This is why you have to be very careful with them.
So here’s how to heal Pals based on their condition and get them back on their feet in Palworld.
No rest for the Pals!
What statuses can affect your Pals?
Here are all the statuses which tell you that your Pal is not doing well and which may prevent it from working:
- Depression
- Sprain
- Weakness
- Hunger
- Fever
- Fracture
- Cold
- STONE
- Stomach ache
- Overeating
Weakened Pals will work less efficiently than if they were healthy, meaning it is wise to heal them as soon as possible so as not to completely exhaust them.
How to heal Weakened Pals in Palworld
Healing Weakened Pals in Palworld is quite simple. You will need to administer Medicine to the weakened Pald. Here is what medication to administer to your Pals depending on their condition:
- Depression: Top-of-the-range medication
- Sprain: Makeshift medicine
- Weakness: High end medicine
- Hunger: Food
- Fever: Makeshift medicine
- Fracture: Medication
- Cold: use campfires or torches to warm it up
- KO: Let the Pal sleep or place it in a box for 10 minutes
- Stomach ache: Medicine
- Overfeeding: Stop feeding the Pal
Work for the Pals, again and again!
To create Medicines yourself, you will need to reach level 12 to unlock the Archaic Pharmaceutical Table Plan. Here are the resources you will need to craft the Table and your own remedies:
- Archaic Pharmaceutical Table: 30x Lumber, 5x Nails and 10x Paldium Shards
- Fortune Medicine: 5x Red Berries and 2x Horns
- Medicine: 3 Metal Ingots, 3x Horns and 1x Bone
- Premium Medicine: 5x Metal Ingots, 5x Horns and 2x Bones
Once you have the medicines, you can feed them to your Pal through the menus or by physically interacting with them and selecting the Feed option.
