Collaborations between Star Wars, Fortnite, and LEGO have brought the iconic character Chewbacca to both game modes for players to obtain. This guide will explain how to acquire the Chewbacca skin in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.
Unlocking the Chewbacca Skin in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2
The Chewbacca skin can be obtained by Fortnite players during Chapter 5 Season 2 by buying the LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure for 1,400 V-Bucks, which equates to approximately 18-23 dollars if V-Bucks are purchased without any existing balance.
The LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure includes a complimentary reward track featuring the Tatooine Spa set and a premium reward track that includes the Tatooine Kitchenette set for LEGO Fortnite. By purchasing the premium track, players will immediately gain access to the Chewbacca skin in both Fortnite and LEGO Fortnite, without the need for any further gameplay.
The LEGO Pass is not included in the regular Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass and must be purchased separately. Although the Fortnite shop may feature other Star Wars themed items during this collaboration, the Chewbacca skin is exclusively available through the LEGO Pass.
LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure End Date
The LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure will only be available for a limited time and will expire on July 23, 2024 at 8 AM ET. After this date, players will no longer be able to make progress in the pass. However, purchasing the pass will immediately unlock the Chewbacca skin for players.
The LEGO Pass: Rebel Adventure was launched on May 3, providing players with 80 days to purchase it and obtain the exclusive skin. In addition, players can acquire the complete Tatooine Spa and Tatooine Kitchenette sets for LEGO Fortnite by completing quests and collecting Studs.
