During a routine press conference on May 20th, Cho Ji-ho, the chief of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, stated that HYBE, the accuser, had informed them on May 17th that they would be able to attend after the scheduled provisional injunction. He also mentioned that they would be called in during the current week for further investigation, and that necessary procedures would be carried out promptly afterwards.
Director Cho stated that the accuser had submitted the data multiple times after the complaint was received, and that the analysis of the submitted data had been completed.
On the 26th of last month, HYBE lodged a complaint against Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR, at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul for allegedly violating her duties.
Despite HYBE’s claim that CEO Min Hee-jin has developed a plan to acquire the management rights of its subsidiary ADOR and has obtained supporting statements and evidence, Min Hee-jin denies any wrongdoing or breach of trust.
