On June 7th, the real estate industry reported that Hyun Bin has enlisted the services of a brokerage agency to sell his penthouse at Walkerhill Podo Ville in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do.
According to reports, Hyun Bin has put the property on the market for 7 billion won. Based on this, it is estimated that he will earn a profit of 2.2 billion won.
Based on the real estate registry, Hyun Bin acquired the Walkerhill Podo Ville penthouse on June 5th, 2020 for 4.8 billion won. The property has an area of 330㎡ (equivalent to 100 pyeong).
The transfer of ownership was completed on January 6th, 2021, following the sale. It is understood that the full balance was paid in cash.
The penthouse at Walkerhill Podo Ville consists of 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, with an additional rooftop garden, bringing the total supply area to 126 pyeong.
After tying the knot with Son Ye-jin in March 2022, Hyun Bin settled into his married life there. Their son was then born in November of the same year.
The villa is situated in the Artists’ Village of Guri Achiul Village, which is home to numerous celebrities including Park Jin-young, Jo Sung-mo, Park Hae-mi, Oh Yeon-seo, and Han So-hee.
