Identifying Walkouts in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team: A Guide

The animations for opening packs in EA FC Ultimate Team evolve with each new installment of the franchise. This dynamic approach keeps pack openings entertaining, as players discover the subtle differences in animations that may lead to acquiring higher-rated Walkout players.

How to Identify a Walkout Pack in EA FC 25

In EA FC 25, players can quickly discern if they are destined for a Walkout player almost immediately after the avatar begins to walk down the tunnel. There’s a notable difference in the animation that reveals which packs are worth watching.

As the player strides out, two beams of light will follow behind them from the rails at the edge of the stage. This is where the key difference appears. If you have packed a Walkout player, once the light from the rails vanishes behind them, a trapezoidal formation of light will illuminate directly behind the player. You can refer to the visual representation in the image below.

Conversely, if the character that you pack is not a Walkout, the light from the rails will extinguish without illuminating the area behind the player, leaving it completely dark. Unlike previous versions, the new animation system in FC 25 means that while most pack openings feature a walk-up animation, a genuine walk-out is signaled only when you observe the trapezoid of light. EA has significantly enhanced the pack animations, making them far more visually appealing and engaging in FC 25.

That’s everything you need to know about identifying a Walkout in EA FC 25. We trust this information assists you in deciding when to skip or enjoy your pack openings.
