On June 23, ILLIT member Wonhee took to a fan communication platform to share an unfortunate experience, stating, “Unnie, I got scammed.” To accompany her message, she posted a photo featuring a Labubu character doll, which has recently gained popularity throughout South Korea. Sadly for Wonhee, the doll was a counterfeit of poor quality.

“This really isn’t it, ” she expressed.“I’m so dumbfounded.”

In her message, Wonhee mentioned that she had carefully examined the item before making the purchase, deceived by the box’s seemingly professional design. Despite the disappointment, her honest account resonated with fans, many of whom appreciated her relatable and charming personality.

The mini album’s lead single, “Do the Dance, ” has made significant waves, debuting on Melon’s TOP 100 and consistently securing strong positions on the charts. Notably, it held the No.1 position on Apple Music Korea for six consecutive days from June 18 to 23. Additionally, the album achieved remarkable success, exceeding 400, 000 copies in first-week sales and taking the top spot on the Hanteo Weekly Album Chart for the third week of June.
