Interview with HyunA

On April 18th, “Jo Hyun-ah’s Thursday Night”YouTube channel uploaded a video featuring HyunA, which received negative comments for her appearance as a guest.

During the video, HyunA shared, “When my boyfriend and I went to a department store, people scattered when they saw me. However, I am grateful that they didn’t take pictures and simply walked away.”

She expressed, “Dating has been a positive experience for me. I am grateful to have met someone who motivates me to excel in my work. It can be difficult to ignore how others perceive me, but I have realized that dwelling on it can diminish my happiness. Therefore, I choose to prioritize being present in the moment.”

She went on to say, “One piece of advice that I strongly believe in is striving for a better tomorrow than today. Making tomorrow even better than today… I can’t think of anything more fulfilling than that.”

She explained, “I am not easily affected by negative comments, whether they are small or large. Due to this, I have made the decision to no longer use Instagram on a regular basis. I apologize to my fans for this change, but it is necessary for me at this time. Additionally, I am in the process of creating a new channel where I can personally connect with my followers.”
