The 22-year-old influencer, known for his impressive following of over 15 million subscribers on YouTube and an additional 13 million across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, was taken into custody on November 15. This arrest followed a livestream event earlier that day from a yacht in Miami on the Parti platform.

As reported by Miami Beach Police, Doherty was apprehended outside a smoke shop, with police booking him into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center shortly before 9 AM local time. Authorities noted that the streamer was obstructing traffic by standing in the middle of Washington Avenue while filming, thus creating a hazardous environment for both drivers and pedestrians.

Despite multiple warnings from officers to clear the roadway, Doherty responded defiantly, saying, “Once I’m done with this bet!” Following his arrest, a search revealed that he was in possession of amphetamines and marijuana.
