JiDion Claims He’s “On the FBI’s Radar” Following Encounter with Trump Shooter

Popular YouTuber JiDion has suggested that he might be on the FBI’s radar after it was revealed that he had interacted with the September 15 Trump shooter in one of his previous videos.

In December 2023, JiDion shared a YouTube video where he pulled pranks on students and faculty at Harvard University.

While traversing the campus, the influencer encountered a man seemingly protesting the war in Ukraine, who claimed to be “looking for revolutionaries” to “overthrow this entire system.”

This man would later be identified as Ryan Routh, the individual behind a reported assassination attempt on the life of former US President Donald Trump on September 15 at the politician’s golf club in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Two days following the attempted assassination, JiDion released another video discussing the aftermath, stating he had been approached by several news outlets for commentary on the situation.

However, JiDion noted that this incident was not the “craziest” aspect of the entire saga. He claimed that he is likely now on the FBI’s watchlist, as the bureau will probably need to examine his video to create a profile of the suspect.

“The FBI is gonna be watching me,” the YouTuber chuckled. “That’s the funniest part of all this.”

“Not gonna lie — given some of the things I’ve done, particularly the videos you haven’t seen, I’m probably already on their radar,” he joked. “But still. It’s wild.”

The suspect was apprehended by law enforcement in a nearby county after fleeing the scene. He now faces two federal charges: possessing a firearm as a felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number.

This incident marks another occasion where a YouTuber has been linked to news regarding assassination attempts against Trump.

After the 2024 presidential candidate appeared on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast in June 2024, the WWE wrestler claimed Trump refused to sell the hat he wore during the first attempt on his life on July 13.
