Joseph Parker has once again created a comical video challenging former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua to a rematch.
Parker gained widespread attention earlier this month when he released a video challenging his heavyweight rival Dillian Whyte, featuring his own creative rendition of Take That’s popular song “Back for Good”.
In the video, Parker turned towards a photo of Whyte while using the lyric “I have a picture of you beside me,”and then referenced the next line “I’ve got your lipstick marks still on my coffee cup”with a mug that featured Whyte’s “Body Snatcher”nickname on the front.
Parker tweeted the video to his followers, adding a message that said: “Dillian Whyte, I want you back for good. But if not, I’ll have to move on.”
Despite receiving no response from the “Body Snatcher” , Parker has redirected his attention to another former opponent, Joshua.
Parker recently took to Twitter to share his idea for a LEGO ring for the upcoming Parker v Joshua 2 fight. Along with his tweet, he also posted a video of himself singing along to Ed Sheeran’s popular song “Lego House”.

In the video, Parker is shown reflecting on the first fight between the two and visualizing a rematch in a notebook where he expresses his readiness for a second bout.
The video concludes with the image of two Lego figures wearing Joshua and Parker masks inside a Lego ring.
On X, boxing fans were ecstatic as one fan tweeted, “The call outs were fantastic. Your recent fights have definitely elevated your status. I’ve always believed that you excel as an aggressive front foot fighter and I hope you receive the recognition and wealth you deserve by securing all the fights you want.”
Another supporter chimed in, stating: “Joseph Parker is undeniably skilled at creating call out videos.”Additionally, another individual shared their admiration, saying: “I am a huge fan of Joe Parker. It would be incredible to see a rematch take place. It’s well known that AJ never backs down from a challenge.”
Joshua has suggested that he will have his next fight in August and a rematch with Parker could be a viable option. Furthermore, he is also expected to face the winner of the upcoming match between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk, who will be competing for all four world heavyweight titles next month.
It is believed that there is a rematch clause in place for that particular fight. If this is true, Joshua will have to schedule another fight before facing the winner of the rematch and his victory over Francis Ngannou last month.
Joshua and Parker initially crossed paths in a world heavyweight title unification bout in Cardiff in 2018. On that occasion, AJ emerged triumphant with a unanimous decision victory.
Despite losses to Whyte and Joe Joyce, Parker has made a strong comeback in the heavyweight division with two notable victories over Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang.
A potential rematch between Joshua and Parker has the potential to be the most highly anticipated fight in the division, second only to Fury vs Usyk.
