The battle of the strongest in Jujutsu Kaisen culminated in Gojo’s surprising defeat. Despite this, few realized that he had a potentially simple way to survive the confrontation.
The Shinjuku Showdown Arc showcased an eagerly anticipated clash, where both characters exhibited incredible powers over several months.
Despite his formidable abilities, Gojo ultimately lost. The fight reached an unexpected conclusion: in Chapter 235, Kusakabe declares Gojo the winner, but by Chapter 236, Gojo dies. Sukuna utilized Mahoraga to adapt to Gojo’s Infinity and struck him with the “World Cutting Slash.”

Gojo’s Limitless grants him a range of exceptional abilities, including spatial manipulation that allows him to teleport over long distances under certain conditions. He effectively compresses the space between his current location and the target destination.
Additionally, he can teleport other individuals touching that space, provided they stand inside a drawn sorcery circle. In JJK 0, Gojo demonstrated this ability to send Panda and Inumaki to Jujutsu Tech High School where Yuta was battling Suguru Geto.
Not every fan, however, is convinced that Gojo’s teleportation was a viable option. One fan expressed, “Sukuna won’t allow him to teleport, just as he didn’t permit him to escape. In a closed domain, Infinity is neutralized, and with Sukuna’s sure-hit abilities, he would have the upper hand.”
Another voice noted, “Was it mentioned that he can’t navigate inside veils and domains? That’s why he had to teleport Panda and Inumaki outside the veil in JJK 0, and they later broke in.”
However, one additional fan countered, “That would hold true if Sukuna’s domain was enclosed by a barrier. The main point is that you can freely enter and exit it.”
