The last chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen ended with intense suspense, but the rest will not be available immediately. We explain why.
The battle is in full swing in Jujutsu Kaisen, as the exorcists unite to try to take down the most powerful character in the manga, Sukuna. His victims continue to pile up in no man’s land, and Hiromi and Choso risk passing through there too.
But Yuji has finally moved, and even seems on the verge of ensuring the victory of the exorcists: while Hiromi is mortally struck and drops his sword, the young protagonist recovers the tool and goes to deliver a fatal blow to the king of plagues.
The use of the sword is not trivial: it would be, according to Yuji’s words, the only way to save Megumi, whose body is occupied by Sukuna. But if Hiromi Higuruma agrees to sacrifice himself, it is because the exorcists have necessarily developed a solid plan to guarantee them victory.

Why Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248 is not releasing this week?
Due to the Shonen Jump magazine hiatus, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 248 will not be released until January 21, 2024. This next part will be available from 4 p.m. in France, free of charge on Manga Plus.
Usually published on Sundays, chapter 247 was released on Friday January 5, 2024, after the Shonen Jump Christmas vacation.
After which the publication takes another break for the New Year holidays. This is not just about Jujutsu Kaisen – all ongoing Weekly Shonen Jump series, such as One Piece or My Hero Academia follow the same schedule.
What happens in the Jujutsu Kaisen manga?
Jujutsu Kaisen is currently in its home stretch, as it features an intense battle against the King of Banes. Not to mention that Kenjaku’s plans are still unclear after Yuta’s attack.
Furthermore, Hakari was still fighting against Uraume at last report. And the previous chapter might well have shown us Yuji’s new piercing blood technique.
