K-netizens’ Reactions to HYBE’s Request for Restriction on Min Hee-jin’s Access to Court Records

A post on the online community theqoo revealed that a netizen shared an article discussing HYBE’s request for a restriction on ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin’s access to court records. This request was made five days after the court granted Min Hee-jin’s injunction to prevent HYBE from exercising their voting rights on May 30th.

The article states that limitations on an individual’s ability to access trial records may be imposed if the records reveal personal secrets or trade secrets.

According to reports, HYBE has requested a limitation on the release of screenshots of Kakaotalk messages and personal conversations containing trade secrets between CEO Min Hee-jin and ADOR. These messages pertain to the shareholder contract signed between HYBE and CEO Min Hee-jin.

Despite this, some may find it difficult to understand as HYBE had also shared Kakaotalk chat screenshots with the media during the disagreement.

The post on theqoo remains unchanged.

As a reply, additional netizens left their comments:

– How can they continue to engage in such pointless and inappropriate behavior? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

– I truly mean it when I say that HYBE is the worstㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

– Ah, HYBE, please just stop all of this.

Min Hee-jin’s kindness towards them may become a hindrance in the future. After her contract expires, I hope she will take the opportunity to establish her own company and pursue her own goals.

– Do they not feel embarrassed?

– They also sent out Kakaotalk messages to the leakers, but I had already seen all of themㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.

– This company is absolutely terrible
