Despite their years-long friendship, Kai Cenat dissed Drake for his weak lyrics during his feud with Kendrick Lamar, leading some fans to speculate that the rapper may have blocked Kai’s number.
During a recent livestream, popular Twitch user Kai Cenat criticized Drake for his lackluster lyrics during his ongoing rap battle with Kendrick Lamar.
“Drake, can you drop the track with a bit more aggression, bro?”Kai begged as he listened to one of the rapper’s recent diss tracks.
“The streamer shook his head in disbelief and exclaimed, “There’s no way you all are walking away from this!”

Kai’s followers in his chat subsequently urged him to contact Drake, but the ‘Family Matters’ artist did not answer the call. This led to rumors that Kai had been blocked by Drake.
Nevertheless, upon realizing his mistake, the streamer contacted well-known Twitch and YouTube personality ImDontai to clarify the situation. “He didn’t block me, that’s just his previous number,”Kai explained.
Despite their history, it was surprising to hear Kai criticize Drake. In November 2022, Drake had FaceTimed Kai during his stream with 21 Savage. While they were playing NBA 2K matches, Drake had promised to do something for the kids with Kai if 21 Savage won the best of three.
During his concert in Atlanta in September 2023, Drake made sure to give a shoutout to Kai, who he referred to as his brother. As Kai joined him on stage as a special guest, the rapper encouraged the crowd to make some noise for him.

In addition, Drake referenced Kai in his recent song ‘Push Ups’ where he insinuated that celebrities are eager to be featured on his stream. “Beggin Kai Cenat, boy, you not f**kin’ beatin’ us,”Drake rapped.
Despite their friendship, Drake has yet to address Kai’s criticism of his weak lyrics. It remains to be seen if the ‘First Person Shooter’ rapper will cut ties with the streamer or take his advice and release another diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar, as it has been several months since his last one on May 3.
