According to the official website of the streaming service, international viewers can watch the episode on Crunchyroll as it airs in Japan. As of the time of writing this article, it seems that Crunchyroll is the sole platform streaming the anime series.

Kaiju No. 8 Episode 6 Recap

The sixth episode of Kaiju No. 8 opened with Mina giving her officers a briefing on the upcoming neutralization operation. The scene then shifted to the recruits as they prepared to head to the battlefield, receiving praise and support from the Third Division officers. Mina assigned them the task of handling the smaller Yoju while she took on the larger Honju. The mission commenced shortly after, but Kafka Hibino initially struggled to contribute.

Yet, he eventually came to the realization that his experience in monster cleanup could be advantageous in this situation as he analyzed the Yoju corpses. He uncovered the most effective method to target the Yoju’s core, and also discovered their ability to reproduce through their reproductive organs even after death. Hoshina praised Kafka for his findings, prompting him to further examine other corpses in case there were other crucial details he may have overlooked. Meanwhile, Mina began her fierce attack on the Honju.

After meeting with Kafka, Hoshina proceeded to explain to him that Mina’s power was something he needed to match in order to stand by her side. He demonstrated this by effortlessly slicing up a Yoju that appeared behind him. Hoshina revealed that he comes from a family of skilled Kaiju slayers, which explains his swordsmanship. The episode concluded with Reno Ichikawa and Iharu Furuhashi encountering the humanoid Kaiju they had previously encountered.

What to Expect in Episode 7 of Kaiju No. 8 (Speculative)
