Rushikesh was drawn to the story’s concept because it struck him as particularly original. Kafka had a dream that had gradually slipped from his grasp. However, he was fortunate enough to discover a means to make it a reality.

Both Adnan and Vidit were thoroughly entertained by the story. They both appreciated the way the character development was infused with action and comedy. In particular, Vidit was impressed with the evolution of Kafka Hibino’s character throughout the series.

On the other hand, Nyssha was a fan of the story’s concept. She pointed out that, unlike most Shonen anime which centered around younger protagonists, Kaiju No. 8 stood out with its choice of an older main character and younger supporting characters.

Despite being younger than Kakfa Hibino, Rushikesh Phunse approached him differently by carefully analyzing his various characteristics and traits.

Rushikesh observed that Kafka was a complex character, simultaneously strong and fearful, humorous and serious. He was also someone who valued the contributions of others and was always willing to assist those who approached him. Rushikesh made an effort to thoroughly understand the intricacies of Kafka’s personality and portrayed him accordingly.

Rushikesh and Adnan thoroughly enjoyed performing the same scene, which depicted Kafka Hibino and Reno Ichikawa’s escape from the hospital after Kafka transformed into a Kaiju. They relished the comedic nature of the scene and were able to incorporate their own spontaneous punchlines with the Director’s approval.

Vidit Kumar had two favorite scenes that he was in love with. The first one was when Soshiro Hoshina reenacted his epic fight with the monstrous Kaiju No. 8 in the gym. The other scene that he adored was when Kafka joined the cadet program and confidently addressed his Captain Mina Ashiro as “Mina.”He found this scene particularly endearing as it showed Hoshina laughing at Kafka’s humorous antics.

Nyssha was captivated by Kikoru Shinomiya’s introductory scene. The manner in which she boldly addressed Kafka Hibino in the Hindi Dub reminded Nyssha of how Kikoru would speak to someone if she resided in Mumbai.
