Kim Hye-yoon Confesses Worries About Facing Burnout, “What Should I Do To Overcome It?”

The upcoming episode of SBS’s “Whenever Possible”on the evening of June 4th will showcase a special guest appearance by actress Kim Hye-yoon. As Im Sol in “Lovely Runner”, she is anticipated to radiate her optimistic energy and display exceptional chemistry with junior and senior Yoo Yeon-seok.

In the program, Yoo Yeon-seok and Kim Hye-yoon reminisce about their college days after discovering that they attended universities in the same area. Yoo Yeon-seok graduated from Sejong University, while Kim Hye-yoon studied at Konkuk University, both situated near Seoul Children’s Grand Park. As they share their experiences of filming movies, attending classes, and strolling through the park during their university years, they also realize that they were both born in the Year of the Rat.

Later, Kim Hye-yoon confides in acting senior Yoo Yeon-seok and expresses her worries. Seeking guidance, she asks, “How can I combat burnout? What can I do to reduce stress?”In reply, Yoo Yeon-seok advises, “Aside from acting, your primary focus, make sure to allocate time for your hobbies every day.”He continues, “There are times when we want to clear our minds but struggle to do so. By finding a different activity to focus on, we can experience a sense of rejuvenation.”He then shares his own experience of overcoming burnout.

Yoo Jae-suk also shares, “I resort to staying silent when I become exhausted from speaking” , eliciting laughter as he highlights the unconventional method used by a ‘National MC’ to cope with burnout.

The unique chemistry among Yoo Jae-suk, Yoo Yeon-seok, and Kim Hye-yoon can be witnessed in the upcoming episode 7 of “Whenever Possible”, set to broadcast on June 4th at 10:20 p.m.
