Korean Netizens Express Discontent with Lovely Runner OST Album Special Event

A post on theqoo by a netizen detailed a special event for buyers of the “Lovely Runner”original soundtrack album and expressed dissatisfaction, stating, “The production company is organizing such events for a drama OST album, despite the singers not being idols. Fans are not pleased with this decision. Byun Woo-seok’s photocard is limited to just one and it’s not even a selfie.”

Withmuu has announced that purchasers of the OST event will receive 2 random photocards from a selection of 11 photocards featuring the actors for each album they purchase.

The original post was on theqoo website.

As a reaction, additional netizens posted comments:

-The album is available in two versions, however, the cost is quite high and it comes with only one random photocard out of 10. I am unsure if I would appreciate someone purchasing it for me, as it seems like a tactic to boost sales.

– Aren’t you guys criticizing the drama because of the OST album record label’s fault?

I am a fan of the drama and have even purchased the OST, which I am eagerly awaiting delivery of. However, I must reiterate, please do not overstep any boundaries.

“They are not authentic idols, therefore all the photocards should be included in the album.”

– What are they doing randomly?

“Why are they marketing an OST album as if it were an idol album?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ This is absolutely comical.”
