KSI has expressed his enthusiasm for stepping in as a replacement for Logan Paul in a potential fight against Conor McGregor, particularly after Paul announced his intention to focus on his wrestling career in the WWE.
The initial reports of a fight between McGregor and Logan Paul emerged in December 2024. At that time, McGregor revealed via social media that he had reached preliminary agreements to box Paul in an exhibition match in India, marking what would be his anticipated return to the sport.
The rumors of a bout with topurio are false. I am in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India. I have agreed. I will then seek my return to the Octagon.

McGregor seemed to confirm the fight shortly after the discussions began, suggesting a high-stakes bout valued at around $250 million, possibly taking place in India by 2025. However, this excitement was tempered when Logan Paul indicated during his WWE return on January 7 that he wished to fully dedicate himself to wrestling, casting uncertainty on the fight.
Following Logan Paul’s announcements, speculation swirled around KSI stepping into the ring with McGregor. KSI quickly addressed these rumors, making his eagerness apparent.
KSI’s Enthusiastic Response to McGregor Fight Speculation
When asked about the possibility of fighting McGregor, KSI confidently stated, “Not rumored. I’m very down.” This tweet sparked a wave of excitement among fans, many of whom expressed their enthusiasm for a potential match between him and McGregor.
Comments from fans included remarks like, “This is massive,” and inquiries about confirmation of the fight, with one user excitedly proclaiming, “YOULL SWEEP THE FLOOR WITH HIM MY GOAT.”

As of now, while KSI’s interest indicates a significant possibility, the match against McGregor remains unconfirmed.
Meanwhile, some analysts believe that a fight between McGregor and Jake Paul, Logan’s younger brother, could be more lucrative. Former boxing champion Amir Khan suggested that Jake’s stature in the boxing community might attract a larger audience compared to Logan, stating, “I do think if it was with Jake, it’d be much bigger. Because if you look at Logan, he’s had losses, and he’s not really looked that great in fights. Jake is commercially a bigger fight.”
