The highly anticipated game, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, will be released earlier than anticipated, as CAPCOM recently announced a July release date during the Summer Game Fest 2024. Fans can look forward to playing the strategy action title on both PC and consoles next month, and Steam has provided our first glimpse of the game’s technical specifications. Here are the officially listed minimum and recommended system requirements for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.

CAPCOM has provided details on the target performance and resolution for the game, which is always helpful. To achieve a 1080p resolution with a 60 FPS target on the “Balanced”preset, it is recommended to have a GTX 1070 paired with a Ryzen 5 2600. Although these components are considered older, it suggests that the game is not very demanding. However, if you want to utilize ray-tracing at the same settings and resolution, a more powerful GPU such as the RTX 2080 Ti or RX 6800 is necessary.
It is possible to play the game on an RX 560 with a 30 FPS target at 1080p using the “Performance”preset, which offers similar scalability to other RE Engine releases. We are pleased to note this, and we hope it is not like Dragon’s Dogma 2. Additionally, the game only requires 15 GB of free space for installation and 16 GB of RAM is recommended.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Release Date
The release date for the game on PC, Xbox Series S|X, and the PS5 is July 19, 2024. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is available for $50, a significant $20 decrease from their new AAA pricing. We are eagerly anticipating its success and encourage CAPCOM to continue supporting smaller projects like this.
