While the dust has started to settle following these changes, Riot Games has remained proactive, issuing numerous patches to maintain balance. Now, the community is anticipating the upcoming Patch 25. S1.3, set to be deployed on February 4, with detailed insights expected the day prior.
According to Lead Gameplay Designer Matt Leung-Harrison, a key highlight of Patch 25. S1.3 is the increase in the Attack Speed cap from 2.5 to a remarkable 3.0. This change aims to provide players with enhanced flexibility when experimenting with Attack Speed champions, eliminating arbitrary limits that can hinder gameplay enjoyment.
