Logan Paul has taken legal action against Coffeezilla, also known as Stephen Findeisen, due to his video series in which he labeled Paul’s CryptoZoo game as a “scam”.
Findeisen has publicly expressed his criticisms of Paul’s management of CryptoZoo through various videos and comments, making several accusations against the NFT game and labeling it as a “scam”and a “con”.
Logan Paul’s lawsuit, which was served to Findeisen in a 47-page document, begins with the following statement:
“Logan Paul, a well-known figure in the entertainment, sports, and business industries, is filing a defamation lawsuit against Stephen Findeisen, also known as “Coffeezilla.”Despite having no formal journalism education or private investigator’s license, Findeisen has repeatedly made false claims about Paul being involved in fraudulent activities related to the CryptoZoo blockchain project. Paul is seeking accountability for these malicious accusations.”
The defamation suit alleges that the YouTuber claimed to his viewers that the project was not only a scam but also that it was devised and carried out by Paul with confidence.
This document also discloses that Paul contemplated pursuing legal action against Findeisen upon the release of the first CryptoZoo videos, but ultimately decided against it, stating that he was willing to forgive and forget.

However, the ultimate Coffeezilla video and remarks directed at Logan Paul for his “buyback program”led to Paul ultimately suing Findeisen.
“The purpose of Paul’s defamation suit is to make Findeisen take responsibility for his actions and to hold him accountable for the significant damage he has caused to Paul’s reputation by knowingly and recklessly spreading false and defamatory statements,”the lawsuit states.
Logan Paul is pursuing a defamation lawsuit in order to receive $75,000 in compensatory damages for the harm caused to his brand and reputation. Additionally, he is seeking compensation for the negative impact these events had on his mental well-being.
At the time of writing, Coffeezilla has not yet responded.
