MeatCanyon’s Surprise at The Simpsons’ Reference in Latest Episode

The popular YouTuber known as ‘MeatCanyon’ has officially made an appearance in The Simpsons, much to the delight of Bart Simpson who is a big fan of his.

Despite being on air for 35 seasons, The Simpsons continues to impress with its endless list of pop culture references, now even including one from a top animator on YouTube.

In the final episode of Season 35 of The Simpsons, titled ‘Bart’s Brain,’ the protagonist is assigned the responsibility of caring for a jar containing a brain as part of his homework. However, he soon develops a strong bond with the specimen.

Despite receiving an A+ from Mrs. Peyton and completing the assignment, Bart still refuses to relinquish the brain.

“The 10-year-old fourth grade prankster exclaims, “He’s just like me! He enjoys watching MeatCanyon videos, practicing wrestling moves on the dog, and pouring Red Bull on his pancakes!”

This scene from the episode quickly went viral on social media, causing even MeatCanyon to be shocked by the fact that his work was mentioned on the show.

After being shown a screenshot from the episode and then the actual footage, which still didn’t convince him, he commented, “There’s no way this could be real.”

“Wow, this is amazing! Nothing but happiness,”he declared. “I have no clue if this is actually happening, by the way. Just thought I’d mention it lol.”

Thankfully, the clip is authentic and supporters of the YouTuber immediately showered him with congratulations for receiving recognition on one of the longest-running television shows ever.

“One person praised Bart Simpson’s newfound love for MeatCanyon, as it has become canon for his character.”

“Kommander Karl applauded, saying, “That’s how you can tell you’ve achieved great success. Congratulations!”to his fellow YouTuber.

“Congratulations, that’s fantastic,”Donut Operator added.

It is highly likely that we will see more YouTube references and cameos in The Simpsons once the show returns for its 36th season in Fall 2024, as there was a positive response to the mention of MeatCanyon in the show.

Papa Meat is not the sole YouTuber to be featured in an animated film. MrBeast also gained attention for his cameo appearance in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, as well as lending his voice to a character in Kung Fu Panda 4.
